airport transfers attentive staff dining facilities
the hotel organized airport transfers. attentive staff provided excellent service. food was tasty and dining facilities were AMAZING.
Some wooden rails showed mold. They were not maintained well.

i LOVED how stylish my room was. the ceiling fan was a lifesaver and the air conditioning worked perfectly. A coffee machine helped me start my days GREAT. the outdoor swimming pool had awesome views of the jungle nearby.
the tv turned on at MIddLE of the night by itself. i could not enjoy the balcony because mold covered everything. the fruits were running out during breakfast.

the restaurant served a breakfast buffet with both western and asian food. the staff was friendly and professional. the tours were very interesting.

lovely stay in the rainforest
clean room amazing ammenities friendly staff
the hotel had amazing ammenities and the location was great. i found the hotel and rooms to be very clean. staff were friendly and cute, which i really appreciated. breakfast and the dinner buffet did not disappoint me at all , with a wide variety of delicious options.
i noticed some minor issues with the facilities , for example , our room needed a bit of maintenance.

the beautiful king room included a comfortable bed, a spacious layout , and a balcony overlooking the rainforest. i also noticed complimentary toiletries were available and replenished daily.

spacious rooms helpful transport amazing food
the rooms were spacious. i found the transport to the national park very helpful. the food was amazing, i especially appreciated the breakfast selection that covered western and asian foods.
the loungers by the pool were not comfortable and there were not enough of them.

a satisfactory stay
river area delicious meal power outage inconvenient scheduling
the restaurant featured delicious meals. i especially enjoyed the bamboo chicken. the private river area at the back of the resort was also very peaceful.
power outages occurred frequently . i was also disappointed that wifi was unavailable in the rooms. the hotel insisted on taking me to the airport 2.5 hours before my flight. the airport was only 5 minutes away, this was inconvenient.
